Art of the Saber
If you haven't seen Art of the Saber, yet, why haven't you? It was made back in 2002, very well done, and I dare say that if Lucas could make a film as good as these guys, then maybe Episode I and II would have been worth watching.

PS: Or you can watch Star Wars Kid. You're better off doing this first and then seeing Art of the Saber, though.
