Imagine this conversation:
Joe: "Hi, Bob. How's it going? Work treating you alright?"
Bob: "Yeah, dealing with a lot of shit."
Joe: "I'm sorry to hear that."
Bob: "Oh, no! That's a good thing!"
Joe: "I don't get it. How can it be good if you're dealing with a lot of shit at work?"
Bob: "I'm selling Indian cow urine and dung to the US."
Joe: "Holy shit..."
