My Constitutional right to copy stuff

Here's a good article about the misconception of "fair use" as a Constitutional right. At the risk of tossing out an unpopular opinion, I'm all for fair use if people use it fairly, and I'm all against the wholesale copying of music and video to MP3. It's the digital equivalent of bootlegging.
